The network issue. The app Almost doesnโt work
Itโs been 3/4 years Iโm using this app and it keeps getting worse. The app takes almost forever to load. Sick of it now. And most of the time every now and then, the app doesnโt even open.

Gets the job done, but extremely slow and buggy. Please invest in a better app design.

I live overseas and my relative from Bangladesh sent me a pack of face masks,Such as the orange ,sandalwood,aloe Vera and coffee.Theyve also sent me a turmeric face pack + Honey and walnut face wash. Perfect for dry skin. I had the aloe Vera face mask before and it blessed my skin. Iโm trying more flavours now, and I hope they work great on me .๐ป

New version is a disaster, never open ay product its just loading loading and then said error.

This app is so annoying to use.it keeps processing take ages to open something.i tried to login it send me OTP after 3days in my email. Still I tried to purchase but it was waste of time so I gave up. I hope they will try to fix their technical issues.

Good but one problem that is recurrent
The only problem that i faced after using it for 1.5 years is that it does not the have the option to add โmy aarong rewards cardโ. So each time i purchase using this app my points are not added to my card. I called to the helpline, and also visited the Dhanmondi 2 outlet. However they were not able to add points. Rather they ask me to email attaching my reciept so that they will add my point. I didnt get the point of emailing after each purchase. I am a regular customer of aarong. Why do i need to email them everytime. Why canโt they just add the option to add my card number to my app

Worst experience recently
It keeps crashing and crashing for the last few months, I forgot how many time I uninstall and reinstall it. Now I am compelled to discard it.

Apps need to be updated
Iโm a regular shopper from the USA and now the apps crashing every time I wanted to use it. So disappointed. The developer should look into it.
Login trouble
Whenever I try to log in to the app it works for a couple of seconds & then shuts down.Its been a struggle for months.Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
