I’ve been using safe trip for nearly 2 years now. I use another app for insurance reasons, but I think SafeTrip is a better tool for driving improvement. I have changed my habits on breaking cornering and acceleration because of this app. I highly recommend it.

I turn SafeTrip on every time I use my car and check trip results after returning home.

I’m a better driver for this app
My scores are now generally 100 almost all the time. The app works well and almost always flags driving errors so that I can improve.
Doesn’t Account for Things That Seem Aggressive
When I slam on the brakes to avoid running a yellow light or because someone pulled out in front of me .. when I floor it to meet the speed of oncoming traffic or when I’m on a freeway on-ramp.. when I serve to avoid debris in the road .. all of this ranks against me because of the actions of the car, NOT because of the conditions.
