Beware if you guys living abroad and changing new phone
I moved to overseas a few years ago, and I can access to ABA mobile app on my old phone, but recently a changed a new phone and I can still have to Cambodian mobile phone number to receive sms verification, but the app required me to scan my face which I did but it didn’t recognize my face, the only way I can log in is submit the passport or nic which both of mine are expired

It can't read my passport when trying to scan it and there is no other option to upload it.
Not receive money
I transferred 200$ from my ABA account to my Bakong accoumt thru QR code. And then money was withdraw from ABA but not transferred to Bakong account yet. Please help solve this problem. Thanks

If u change ur phone
If u not live in Cambodia u want to change ur phone u probably can’t access Aba app on ur new phone. It’s happed to me, they verified ur live face but it fail. Customers service doesn’t help u, they just say u have to fly to Cambodia.
