Many flaws.
The app is useable, but has many flaws. For example, the iOS version does not allow you to enter cents in the amounts. The Android version works OK in this respect. Another one - the favorites (saved operations) are not shared across the platforms! Wouldn’t it make sense to keep them linked to the user, not the access platform? Disappointed !

Terrible App! Zero Star.
It’s nice when it worked, which for me, rarely. Not only once but twice, the app locked me out out of no where as I didn’t make any change at all. It failed to recognize the same user name and password that I use on their website. I spent hours with the bank technical support, they couldn’t figure out what happened. After the usual, restart my phone, re-install the app, checking the user ID and password, I think they gave up. The support team stopped contacting me about fixing it, assuming I do not need the mobile app for banking somehow. I seriously consider switching to Millennium. Abanca checking account isn’t free and all I experienced so far were issues after issues.

NÃO FUNCIONA PARA CONTA EMPRESA, particular não sei nem experimento
Impressionante e paupérrimo que enviem publicidade por correio electrónico a clientes empresariais portugueses a falar na App Abanca quando, ao entrar na Apple Store, vê-se que a versão atual tem já 4 meses e, na dúvida, descarrego-a, novamente, mas não aceita o utilizador/palavra-passe em vigor e a funcionar via navegador de internet.
Isto é gozar com os clientes que ainda por cima pagam mensalidade de manutenção de contas e uma falta de profissionalismo.
Obrigado Abanca! Ando a mais de um ano à espera da aplicação móvel. Já faltou mais para deixarem de ter este cliente…

Useless
I cannot get back in to app after logging out. I get a message that too much time has passed. I have to download the app all over again to get it to work.
It has English now
This is a very good app at this point. It has English support now and everything works very smoothly. I received my PIN via text in the United States and was able to successfully activate my account without having to be physically present in Portugal.
Rubbish bank
Worst bank ever. Worst banking app ever. Does not work and the support staff don’t care. The bank does not care. I recommend you find a new bank if this the the bad quality of bank apps the have. Support staff can’t even make the app work.
Sms verifications very old school
Also no English support. Pins sent via sms which you never ge5 when travelling in other countries.
