Scammers
Do not use, if you cancel before the car has even been dispatched they will not refund your money. They do everything possible to avoid speaking to you, then make promises and your money is never refunded.

Pointless app.
Cannot recall ever setting up an account prior but it recognises my phone number and email.
Did a password reset and the app never recognises the reset so you get stuck in an endless loop of not being able to use the app.

Took my money
Downloaded the app after getting a text from them letting me know the app was up. It prompted me to put in my card details so I could pay by card for trips, like Uber. They charged me £1.10 without me ever taking a trip. Too small an amount to ring up and complain about but if they’re doing it to everyone they’ll make quite a bit off of it.

Destination doesn’t work
Used to work great but now can’t selection a destination
Search destination doesn’t work
It used to but in last few months it stopped. Means you can’t get a journey quote. It was 4-star before then; 1-star lost because it only allowed cash payments.
Contactless
Would be great to be able to pay by contactless / Apple Pay.
