No video?

Lately when I've opened the app I only get audio and the yellow bar across the top. The rest is black. The time does not seem correct so perhaps the audio is not live, either. My ipad is a Gen 8 so quite old and behind on updates, but I do miss this connection with the UK! 🥺

Thanks for your 5-star review, and YES...our upgrade is complete! We launched on June 18 for Sir Paul's birthday. The new camera features 4K streaming video for increased image quality. We hope you enjoy the new and improved views!

Not working now

I’ve had this app for several years and really enjoy it but in the last couple of days it doesn’t work. It will start to open but then just closes. I don’t know if it’s because of the iPhone 26.6 update but definitely disappointed. Hope it’s fixed soon.
