Post update, the app doesn’t work
It’s not currently working, and when you try to “report a problem,” you just get redirected to the City website’s garbage collection page 🙄
Reminder
The app is great because we all lead busy lives and it reminds you the night before that pick up is the next day and what is to be picked up.
No Brainer.
This app is a must have for those of us that just can’t remember what day curbside pickup is or what it is that goes to the curb on that day. This app is a No Brainer with out without notifications working.

Notifications
Notifications have not worked for over a year, I followed all the instructions in the app, but still did not work. Each time I report a problem, I get the same response telling me to follow the steps they list to solve the problem, but they never follow up when I tell them it still does not work. Please fix this problem.

Notifications not working
Please fix the notifications on IOS. What’s the use of this app without notifications to remind us? Will change my review if fixed.
Better with notifications
I like the feature of being able to look up an obscure item for best method of recycle/disposal. I wish I still received notifications - after trying what was suggested by the app contact I am still unable to get them going again. My neighbour also hasn’t had them in a long time …not the end of the world but missed.

Used to work
Used to send scheduled reminders… now it doesn’t. I’ve done the uninstall, etc… and it’s still rubbish. Please fix the notifications.

I would give it five stars if the reminders were working again. It still has helpful information, but the reminders are an important feature that have not worked for the past couple of months.
Reminder Notifications stopped working
Tried everything suggested and even reported as well. No solution yet for the reminder notifications not working. Also address finder would say not found and then you can see your address. Used to be a helpful app, not anymore. Please fix it. Thanks
Not reminding of pickups
Please update app to work properly on the IOS 17. I’ll rate this app better when it is working. STILL NOT WORKING!!!

Please update the app. The reminder stopped working a month ago. I have tried everything from removing the app snd re installing to shutting off my phone with no success.
Recycling numbers missing … they would be helpful
It’s great that items are listed for each bin … paper here, plastic bottles there, etc … BUT despite the helpful listing of items for each bin sometimes we are not sure what we have goes into what bin … a grey area … HOWEVER we have found recycling numbers on the bottom of the items BUT listing of the numbers is missing for each bin. It would be helpful if the numbers were included with the item descriptions …
