Don’t waste your time
Like others have stated, it literally works for 2 weeks and then stops seeing the battery. Won’t even pretend to look for it. No spinning wheels, nothing. Redownloaded and nothing. SOKs are good batteries but bad app programmers. But it worked great and gave excellent information for those TWO weeks!

UPDATE: If you bought the newer marine 12v314aH SOK, look for the SOK Battery app. It doesn't have the features that this app has, but at least it connects.

Total junk app
This App says my battery’s are fully charged but they’re almost dead. Many times the batteries will not even show up on the App to see the charge. Entirely useless.
Works for awhile
Works for awhile but then won’t connect. Have to delete and the reinstall.

App connected twice to the battery and then nothing. Deleted app and reinstalled a couple of times and still no luck with the app

I can set things on app but when I go to hit ok that’s all it does I can hit ok over and over and will not leave that box at all or set it fix your app I wish I didn’t buy this battery should’ve went with the battle born

Needs update
Battery works, but Bluetooth and app are terrible.
I’ve had the battery at home for about 2 months. The Bluetooth worked perfectly, and the app showed what seemed to be an accurate SOC while connected to a charger in my home. We finally installed it in our RV 2 weeks ago. After installation, I was initially able to connect to the battery, but now, after 2 weeks of use, I’m unable to connect to the battery over Bluetooth. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail. Looks like the app hasn’t been updated since 2021 based on the version listed under “about”. Hope the battery lasts longer than the Bluetooth did!

Inaccurate
Every time I open the app up, it says something different? it’s totally unreliable!
App is junk
Even customer support said don’t pay attention to the app. I think there are some things the app reports correctly, but SOC is wildly inaccurate unless the batteries themselves are garbage (which I don’t think is the case). If you want batteries with an app, buy a different brand.

Had issues with the app not working. Figured out you need to hook it into a charger to get it out of storage mode. Now it works.
SOC is useless
SOC drifts out of sync so quickly, and requires you to charge battery, discharge battery, charge battery, discharge battery and charge battery. Just allow us to fully charge battery and set the SOC to 100%, like almost every other shunt on the market.
The BMS works well otherwise. The app sucks big time!

Inaccurate and you can not even view the parameter or change to suit your needs.
Hardware
Can’t you guys provide a way for us to flash the software for the BMS to fix all the issues with the BMS? All off the shelf BMS companies do this . Should have bought a battleborn!
Update is MUCH better
Has all the items I requested a while back. The interface has all the important information on a single page and it goes direct to the page after it connects.👍. 4 stars just because the SOC and Calculated AH are never correct but not sure that's the apps fault as much as it is the BMS itself...

The new update won’t connect to my battery
The battery that I have is relatively new (< 1 year old) and the new version of the app won’t connect to my battery.
Works
It’s a simple app that works well to see the SOC and cell voltage/balance. I have several SOK 206 AH batteries and it connected to each without issue.
Does just what I need it to without any fluff.
