Terrible service the drivers are so rude the app is faulty how is it telling me my driver is 5 mins away but when I call it’s saying 12 minutes and when I called to speak to someone it was just stuck on the operator thing and when I called the driver he was so rude on the phone then he cancelled. Really frustrating I’ve been trying to deactivate my account but the stupid app won’t let me

So impressed with the service and the app is very good tracking the journey. This is the second time I have used ABC and will definitely use again

After placing a ride request, the app failed to show me the location of the taxi, leaving me uncertain about when it would arrive. Additionally, the estimated waiting time kept changing unpredictably, which was quite frustrating. To make matters worse, the driver’s name and the vehicle’s license plate number disappeared from the app, leaving me with no way to identify the car I was supposed to get into.

My little dog
Good afternoon
I have just arrived home after taking a taxi with ABC which was fine
This was the second taxi as the first one would not take my little dog even though I had written in the booking I had a dog please always read the comments ABC as to what the customer requested thus has happened to b before with ABC and I am now a bit sick if it
My little dog is no trouble and I would not take her on public transport if I thought she was going to cause any trouble she is not an XL Bully for heavens sake
I was so annoyed and to b truthful I still am

Not only is the company terrible, the app is just as bad. Always glitches, logs you out, resets and deletes your card details. Uber everywhere 👍🏼
App OK but avoid for taxi
App works fine - latest update has made improvements, however the taxi firm has let me down terrible. They are the only taxi I have used for years, but I’ve been let down too many times. I’ll not use them again.
Most recently I pre ordered a taxi a day in advance and when the pickup was due they had no taxis - so after having 1 day to arrange a taxi they didn’t until the pickup time. As useful as a chocolate fire guard.

Extremely bad and terrible services
Both driver and customer service are extremely bad and disrespectful.
I Had to use a cab because I was running late to work and couldn’t take the bus. Tried their payment links to make payment at my destination and their links did not go through. The driver locked me in and won’t let me out because the payment had not gone through.
I called customer support to ask how to resolve this and the customer service kept telling me she was going to black list me instead of listening to the issue I was having. I had to give my card details to them on the phone which I have never done. Complete security risk. Now I have to destroy that card. They were quite rude as well.
If you are looking for a terrible cab service to use without peace of mind and very bad service, this is the one use.

What’s the point in a pre booked taxi if it just doesn’t turn up. Then when you go to order a taxi at the current time you get a joke of a message saying “why not pre book” I did… it didn’t arrive… what a waste
