This app has dark background and large letters which makes it good for my students who have CVI and motor difficulties. Thank you so much as I wish there were more educational apps like this one.

Purchased ABC genius pro, when my kids try to use it, it won’t work and says the developer of app needs to update to the version of IOS.

There is no sound. Also no option to control sound.
Can someone tell me how to turn the sound on?
I like this app very much. But I can’t seem to get the sound to come back on. Also, I purchased the full App. And then deleted it bc I thought it might be a glitch. Now it says that I have to re purchase it.... I really hope someone can help me. Thanks.
Zero support
I have messaged this app company 3 times and have not received any response. I paid to have the entire app unlocked and it did not unlock anything. Very frustrating. Don’t waste your money on the full version, especially with such poor customer service.
Updated: I still have not heard back from this company. Now they have another app out asking you to pay for the full version. How convenient when people pay for the basic version, get nothing unlocked...only to get ignored when trying to contact support.
