security issue with email OTP codes
email subject line is not not secure, not encrypted. iview should only send the OTP login code within the email body which is protected by TLS encryption.
Closed captions are necessary
Some things don’t have closed captions. I find this app audio too quiet compared to all other media apps I have so especially need subtitles that match what is being said. Without closed captioning some titles cannot be veiwed if people require cc subtitles for assecibility.

Can’t login on my phone. Login code sent and put in but won’t take me to the app

And when I logged back on it reminded the show I was watching. I can’t watch tv like this!

Waste time wrestling with rego and login. And then the dawning that there’s nothing of interest.

Since the latest update the whole App is much slow and often unresponsive. Not my Internet provider because all other apps are working well.

I love the shows you have on abc but they is kinda a problem the show Steven Universe only as 2 seasons I was hoping if you can the rest of the seasons of the show because I am already done the whole show and had been rewatching the show that kinda of annoy’s me.

Subtitle bug is painful
The app is great, the content is even better. But in a deaf household it’s painful having to turn subtitles on every - single - time we watch a show. Other Apple TV apps seem to remember, and use the Apple TV default settings. Not iView.
Impossible to log in
App is pointless. Sends code, resend code zero support. You cannot login. Nothing in junk/spam. Days go by no code. Don’t waste your time. You can’t access your account leaving you unable to use the app because despite putting in your details it insists on a verification code that never ever reaches your email.

Log in continuously fails
This app only gives 10seconds to open your email, wait 25seconds for the email to arrive, memorise the number, then enter in the box, completely unrealistic…. Even waiting for the code to appear in the keyboard is about 15seconds after it has already timed out, as if this passed testing!
Problem
Since the upgrade I can’t access iview ER. It just comes up that it can’t be streamed outside Australia. I’m in Queensland ffs! Even with vpn disabled, deleting and downloading the app again repeatedly! Grrrr
Episodes play newest to oldest
TV shows auto play from newest to oldest. It’s so frustrating! Please enable a feature that allows users to sort from oldest to newest don’t plays on the right order. AND to go back to the last episode watched.
Steven universe season 5 needed
I like this app and how it’s free hut it will really bring me joy with there’s more seasons in Steven universe

REVIEW ON ABC IVIEW
I think it’s overall a great app for all age ranges. It has a wonderful and big variety of programs and movies to watch in lots of different genres.
