When I opened the app it gets stuck on the pay screen, no X button. Fix this bug please? I am still panicking!

Getting tired of this ruse (or oversight), which happens over and over:
A developer says right on its app page IAP info “PREMIUM $0.00” (or words to that effect), yet there is no such offer when I download the app.
Isn’t this FALSE ADVERTISING?
Developers, please quit making these fake offers or I’ll continue giving 1-star reviews.

Could have been so good
I really loved this until the word was too long for my iPhone 11 Pro. We couldn’t do the last letter of the long word. Very frustrating.
