Subscription cancellation?

I tried the free trial, I canceled it before it renewed and now im sorta being forced to pay for the actual subscription. By all means i like the app and my niece loved learning from it but im confused on why im being forced to pay before the free trial ends.

Setting options

I think there should be more to the settings for the adults - like being able to adjust the music volume and the voice volume. The music is so loud and my kid cannot hear the voice volume, not sure how she will learn with not being able to hear the ‘teacher’, ‘teaching’ her. Also, I don’t like how the helper hand only gives the kids a few seconds to think about the answer before it tells them….not really helping them use their brain, and use trial and error to learn. I think there should be a setting to either make it longer durations (so like have a few duration options) and even a setting to completely turn it off. Thank you.

I’m more concerned about how the other reviews are random like how a cat jumps on a keyboard but yeah.. I find it funny that the voices sound like AI, but yeah. I originally got this for my brother because he has been struggling with spelling as he got a 1/15 on his spelling test 💀 but I tried this out and I realized it wouldn’t be fit for him as it was sort of slow and not his type of game. Possibly making them write it out on paper for the words spelling would be good too? I don’t know how you would do that but yeah. Also PLEASE get some better AI voices they are so goofy- 💀
