Hard to understand…
…why I was able to use this app without issue 6 hours ago to make an order, before I realized I had forgotten something. I was continuously met by an error even after I deleted the app from my phone and tried again to log in, but even then it did nothing. That has fixed the problem for me every time in the past, but specifics don’t matter at this point because I’m still citing past experiences with the app that have yet to be fixed.
It seems like every time they come out with a “major update,” a different issue goes wrong even if they fix what they set out to fix.

Horrible app to have to depend on
Have to use this app for inventory and app has problems syncing all data input and requires us to have to input entries over and over again to make it “stick”. You would think they’d have put more resources towards an app they force us to use. They tried to streamline the process for us but ends up taking way longer

Inventory
Recently did inventory and the app did not work at all. You would scan and it would work for a couple scans and then kick you out and wouldn’t let you back in to your location. Items scanned would also be doubled. This happened with the handheld scanners that they provided and with cell phones. Total mess…….

Have to delete app & reinstall every other day!

Fix this!!
I have to redownload this app everyday!! Says there was a problem when I log in. If I redownload it works. Also closes a lot and makes you authenticate every time very annoying.
Authenticator
Why would an app that is on my personal phone using Face ID require a separate google authenticator to login? When the app is not crashing there are things that make you wonder about the leadership in ABC.
Crashes since update
I loved this app until the update and now it crashes every time I use it. This is so frustrating!

App keep crashing on the iPhone when scanning to order labels in a label cart. The app is on later version and I tried on three different iPhones.
Update ruined it
Worked well for awhile in my experience but since this most recent update, anytime I try to use it, it crashes. You’d think for a multi billion dollar company that they’d have at least a decent app. Get it together ABC.
Cart not syncing and closes

Just as crappy as their company
I have to use the app on my own phone most of the time because their worthless handhelds they give out don’t work most of the time. So now I have to use my own phone with their app WHEN their app works. ABC is the worst drug supplier and so is their customer service. Wish my company would have stayed with Cardinal and even went with McKesson.

Worst app
This app doesn’t do anything. If I needed to order an item in emergency, this app won’t function. Being a small business owner, it’s a nightmare app. Just take it off the app list rather than be here and no applicability. Or invest to fix it from the exorbitant money you charge to small businesses.

This app is best in ANDROID version.

So, I did an android tactic, uninstall and re-install app and it works just fine, for now. I suppose next time ABC updates, ill let it update, delete app then reinstall.

This app hasn’t worked for months
When I first downloaded the app and could actually use it, it was great! Now it NEVER lets me log in. It just says “oops something happened, try again later.” I have tried with other accounts besides just my own and it never lets anyone log in. It’s absolutely pointless. Despite updates, this issue remains the same. Don’t waste the space on your phone with this app.

Crashes anytime I add something to the order. Makes it worthless. Have uninstalled and tried again. Still same problem.

It keep shutting down after login in. It works for 15 sec then crazed.
Currently not working
When I try to scan a shelf tag, nothing comes up. When I try to manually enter an item number, the app force closes. Please fix this app.

Still, instantly shuts down app upon scanning item to reorder. Unbelievable. But on the upside, I found some High CBD hemp. 😎☮️☯️
