App doesn't even open, I've sat with the app open for 5 minutes both on and off WiFi and it doesn't move past a white screen.

I paid to do training on the app and not long after when I try to get on the screen turns white. I can’t do anything with it.

Old App

This app doesn't operate the same way it did 4 years ago, so you can't use. It was meant for iOS 10 and we are already about to update iPhones to iOS 18. Please update this application.
