They charged my card, assigned a car then called 20 mins later asking me to cancel the car. Had to call several times for them to refund
Reliable and cheap
Got recommended from tik tok, It’s definitely cheaper than Lyft and uber, they accept cash and Cash App, my only issue is they need to fix the Cash App part cause it won’t let me book cabs. Works all over NYC, Otherwise the app works like uber and Lyft and definitely cheaper. I would recommend anyone to use it if you don’t want to spend too much money.

DO NOT USE THIS APP
This app needs to be fixed. Took a ride and paid for it through the app, and the driver thought he was supposed to get cash. He barely spoke english so he wasn’t understanding that it was paid for already. He locked me in the car to prevent me from leaving until I gave him cash and then when I was trying to get out he put his hands on me. Now he is texting my phone and calling me harassing me. He said he has my name, number and address saved. The dispatch is of no help and said that they also won’t refund me. I’m warning you don’t use it!

Great and realizable service. I was very shocked at the price differences between Uber Lyft compared to ABC ride. 10/10 will recommend.
Definitely cheaper
I found this from a tik tok post that said it was cheaper than uber. The uber prices in the city be too high. They don’t have surge pricing. There was a bug that stopped me from actually using it but it seems to be fixed now. Quick response
