It doesn’t upload content, it stays on search and I can not see anything basically only my tickets at the end of my shift on a lucky day
Good but NOT. Heres why…
The Developers missed out of something VERY IMPORTANT when creating this and a lot of believe they need to UPDATE IT ASAP. Because we having A LOT of issues in the salon over it. The System itself is good but the Main only thing is that the Customer cannot choose to tip multiple techs separately at cash out. If there are two techs for example and the customer wants to tip them a certain amount for both; well they can’t, they don’t have that option. Techs are complaining about this because some are getting tipped double. Cash then on there as well when the customer specifically wanted to say just tip one in cash and the other tech in card but the system will split the cash tip on card to both even the one who was already tipped in cash already. It steering a lot of trouble. This needs to be addressed and fixed IMMEDIATELY!!!!!! Its dumb to have to make a system and NOT INCLUDE THAT OPTION INTO THE SYSTEM KNOWING some paying customers majority of them like to tip certain amount to different people

Not able to do anything editing wise through your phone. Everything is through the computer, which is so weird because it’s 2026. Everyone can do everything from their phone at this point. I don’t know, the system just seems outdated & aesthetically unpleasant. I like that I can keep track of my money and tips, but that’s really it.

Let me just start out by saying this system sucks, counting totals is cool but not being able to look at a full schedule through the app on your phone is highly annoying (you can only see new booked appointments you can’t see anything else or fix anything if you need too). You can book appointments but you can’t move them around or make the time longer through the phone, you can only do everything on the computer that comes with the abc system - meaning you can’t fix appointments outside of work you have to physically do it in person which is a hassle (I’m not at work 24/7 🙄). Just one of the many things wrong with this booking system. I do not recommend at all as a nail technician and clients also agree. 🙅🏻♀️🙅🏻♀️🙅🏻♀️

Great app, but need additional reports like Gift Card tracking
great app; the app needs to have a gift card reports that shows what has been sold, outstanding and redeem, so we can manage our cash flow effectively.
