The person that answered my call yesterday was very rude and nonchalant when I was in a panic and needing help when I needed a way home. This is not the first time that this has happened to me with this company.

I put my apple pay in the app and they charged for so many things I don’t even know for. I called them twice and they can’t even explain to me what it was. They never called me back and I never got my money back. This app is a scam!
