I was impressed with both my journeys especially on my return home. I’m disabled so it’s a real task to get in and out of a vehicle, the driver took my bag moved the seat and helped me to my front door. Great service very nice guy. 🥰
No Plate Number of taxi Shown for Pre booked
I used the ABC app for pre booking but it doesn't show the plate number of the taxi so I have to ask the drivers outside if they are booked going to my destination. I am using the app linked to my mobile number and email.
Won’t load for verification code
We’ve been trying to get a verification code for an hour but it won’t load.
No drivers available
Just rename the app “No Drivers Available” because that’s all it ever shows. Doesn’t matter what time of day, the season, the position of Jupiter… no drivers available. Utter garbage.
Can’t get past registration
Downloaded the app, stuck on phone number page for way too long. Please update your app

Doesn’t work with non-UK phone numbers
1* because I used to use a non-UK phone number and it used to work fine, however, since a recent update this is broken and I cannot login to my account.

Taxi App
Love the service and drivers but have had problems with the ABC app recently. Temporarily seems to be fixed and have booked on it today. - fingers crossed it’s stays ok

Taxi didn’t turn up, again
Your app is terrible. The location services are terrible. The amount of times I’ve booked a cab and it’s turned up 200 meters away and you have cancelled as “no show” it’s terrible. Just to then call up and question it just to be told that I should call rather than use the app. 😂

I’ve never bothered to full out a review before but this app was excellent, the service was fantastic, waiting times really quick, prices better than expected.

ABC are the best!
ABC are a very safe, reliable and trustworthy taxi company and I highly recommend. We always call them first when needed.
ABC driver BL245 rescued my daughter and risked his own safety from an aggressive attack. The driver wasn’t called but witnessed the attack and got her safely in his taxi and called the police, drove her home, and looked after her until the police arrived. We can’t thank the driver and ABC enough for their help in preventing a dangerous and aggressive situation. He wouldn’t accept payment for his time either - what a hero!!! Thank you x

Doesn’t work when service is busy
Use caution if planning to rely on this on a busy night. The app will say taxi within 30 minutes, take you through booking but then the payment will fail. This seems to be the app’s way of saying they’re too busy to offer a taxi. Would be better to update the app to put a clear message to say when no availability, that way users would have sufficient notice to make other plans! Frustrating
