Perfect until the tracing bugs got huge!
This app was my favorite ABC learning tool for my grandkids. Unfortunately, 2 years ago it started showing distorted ladybugs during the tracing part of this app. Deleting, restarting, reloading does not work. I’m doing this review in hopes someone will help me and anyone else experiencing this. CUSTOMER support contacted but after some communication, nothing has changed. The NUMBER game works fine so I know it’s not my phone. My adult daughter has the same issue, which started the sane time! Help

Our son loves this but right after we purchased for the full alphabet, the letters zoomed in where you can’t see the full letter because it’s blocked by the grass and the bug is huge. You can’t see where you’re dragging it. It’s confusing and even though our son loves the game, he gets super frustrated because it looks like it’s at the end but the bug covers almost the entire letter now.
I’ve tried to delete and download again but it still does it. Not worth it with how frustrating it is for kids.

Charging me again?
After initially downloading the app I was super happy, my son was learning letters really well and associating letters with words, not long after downloading the app (paid for the whole alphabet) the letters began to appear big on the tracing bit and was obscured by the grass so I thought uninstalling the app and re downloading it might fix the issue, not only has it NOT fixed the problem but it now also wants me to pay again!! It’s not expensive just annoying!! Why should I pay twice? Hopefully I’ve overlooked something and it can be fixed please help if there’s a solution if not the app team really needs to look into this

Hi Dave and Ava, we love your Apps and our kids played and learned numbers and alphabet since 2019 with you. Now we found that the Alphabet no longers works as it used to be. The letters that one should write along with one finger are covered by the bug which is now too big. It looks like its frozen in the middle of adjusting its size and that looks weird. We use iPhone 12, iOS 16.3.1 and tried to uninstall and re-install the app. Did not help. It only occurs with the Alphabet-App, not on the Numbers-App. Thanks for checking.

Needs a update
This game hasn’t been updated in 3 years and my two year old loves this game and I don’t like to see her cry or get upset because of game crashes a lot.
when will the bug be fixed
The letters bug has been there for years yet no one fixing it. How can children enjoy the app when it annoying it to move the bug around the letters. Not only that but the letters bug under the grass not fixed also. Ugh what a joke for a kid education app.
