Irrelevant
App tend to send a lot of breaking updates. However, upon clicking the link it shows irrelevant news to the topic. It’s really annoying and I don’t recommend this app.
Notifications with no news
Constant notifications on news and now article to read about it. Also after notification is gone so was that headline.

Can’t sign up for local news without the use of a Disney+ email or account. Be affiliated, fine but don’t tell me which email to use to see the NEWS!!
Pop ups for update
Please stop the never ending pop up boxes to update the app. Many older devices can’t accept to updates and there’s no way to close the box without forcing a switch to the App Store, slowing things down even more. At that point, I close both apps and switch to another channel’s news app. And no, upgrading devices isn’t an option at this time, in this economy. I’ll check back on the app every few weeks, but for now, I’m done messing around with it.

Every time I get a notification of a late breaking story you click on it and always takes you to a different story and never what you get notified for . Worst news app at of all here in the Central Valley

It’s just too flagrant how left leaning and one sided this “news” agency has become. It’s garbage.
Channel 30 early a.m. news
Channel 30 in the early morning actually up until good morning America comes on is more like a boring drug out weather report with the highway patrol giving us road conditions blended in and very little news. I find the news that early in the morning is left over from the previous day or two…. nothing new. Channel 26 actually seems to have better news believe it or not in the morning.

Not a fan on how the app shuts off music. Easy coding fix.
Slow
This app is very slow to update and sometimes it takes almost 12 hours to get the new news posted. I know it’s not my phone because I have another news app that updates continuously. Not real happy with this ABC 30.
I am also tired of the My News section switching to settings. I don’t want to change anything there and I don’t understand why it’s doing that all of a sudden.

I like the app but when I want to watch the news story from a previous broadcast I can’t get it to play 90% of the time
