Possibly the worst “news” app from a third-rate news organization that is completely one-sided. They are too cowardly to report on what’s really going on.

I am seriously empowered for my day and well aware of current events wherever I watch ABC channel 7 news chicago! Just want to applaud your team and crew! Superb job keeping the public informed and aware! I know the cast crew each by name and look forward to seeing everyone daily!! Great Job!
Deleting Disney News
Most biased news station since Disney took over. Plus the overwhelming amount of ads make this app intolerable. Deleting immediately. Used to be really good.
Audio Delays For Months and Getting Worse
ABC7 is my preferred station but there have been unaddressed issues with the audio not matching the timing of the video for months now and the audio delays are getting worse, up to several seconds of delay. It’s become so unwatchable on streaming that I use CBS now instead.

Weather Cheryl should be sent to a C market where she belongs. And whoever made this app that rarely works.

Honest feedback
Can you please do something about your app / website? Whenever a breaking news items is sent you click on the app and that story is nowhere to be found or buried in the app. This isn’t the case with other tv stations
Pointless
Most of the stories are so poorly written and abridged that they're pointless. A third-grader could produce better journalism.
Notification does not open story
Please fix one pressing on news story notification from the home screen, it opens the app, but I have to search for the story sometimes I can’t even find it. Kind of useless notifications.
Still have some bugs to fix
I like the app and that I can listen to the weather reports or other news on my time. However, switching to different videos is a problem on my iPhone. I can still hear the previous video in the background, after I close it out. So I have to close the app completely to make the ghost audio stop and start watching a new news reel.

Request for severe weather warning settings

We need more severe weather settings like Tornado watch toggles and Tornado Warning toggles, severe thunderstorm watch and severe thunderstorm warnings toggles.
I don’t see any severe weather toggles.
This app has too many ad toò.
Can you make those changes please?

Full of spelling and grammar errors
I find at least 1 spelling or grammar error daily. Apparently there are no more editors for this application.
Holy smokes the ads are sooooo many
Just trying to watch 5 minutes worth of news and hit with 3 minutes worth of ads everytime — I don’t know how people put up with this?! I’ll pay to have to ads removed at this point….

There are way to many ads and the topics don’t line up with the reports…very frustrating
Articles not linked correctly
Whenever I try to click on a notification for a news alert, it takes me to an unrelated article within the App and I’m not able to find what I’m looking for
Annoying Notifications and Lack of Customization
The notifications from ABC 7 have gotten very annoying, to the point where I’m almost ready to turn them off and/or delete the app. I have never watched Good Morning America and I’m not about to start. I do NOT want, nor care, about what the morning show is talking about, yet now I get a notification every morning about it. Let me turn off specific topics or I’ll delete the app completely and move to a different local news app.
