I’m not impressed

I just got this app and already, I am disappointed. I would like to know why when I click on traffic do I get information for Sarasota, Florida? I live in NEW YORK. Even after deleting Sarasota, Florida from “locations”, the only traffic information I get is for Sarasota. I clicked on App Support and that was a waste of time. I got sent online to what was suppose to be local news. I need support, not the news. I’m deleting it.
