ABC Mouse gave my child a jump start on school at 3. Now we use it everyday while she is in school still.

Keeps freezing
My child loves this, but I noticed that the new update starts to freeze up the Tablet a lot. Other than that, it’s a good ad. Need some bug fixing.

I canceled my subscription and they have still been charging me for it and I called customer service only for the line to get disconnected and the AI bot also told me that my subscription was cancelled so if the AI bot also knows I cancelled my subscription why have they still been charging me crazy

Paid multiple times
I’ve paid for my old subscription on the other app, but then it wouldn’t let me download it. But I couldn’t find a way to get a refund so I downloaded the new app and it made me repay for that. And I’m trying to put it on my kids iPads and it made me repay for it again. They can only play the game for about two minutes before it goes and ask them to pay again.
