Couldn’t Even Find my Local Store
The app is terrible. I put in two zip codes where there are ABC stores and it couldn’t find any of them. One store is literally a mile away. How could any one use this app if the app won’t find any stores.
Infuriating User Experience That Feels Years Behind
The overall website and app experience feels extremely outdated and unnecessarily difficult to use. Basic functionality like search, filtering, inventory discovery, and product browsing should be simple in 2026, yet the platform makes even common tasks frustrating and time-consuming.
There are so many modern technologies and UX best practices available today that could dramatically improve usability, customer satisfaction, and ultimately sales at fraction of what it used to cost to implement just a few years ago. Instead, the current experience creates friction at nearly-every/step-of-the- process.
What’s most surprising is that this directly impacts revenue. A smoother, more intuitive platform would almost certainly increase sales, customer engagement, and repeat usage — generating more funds that could support the community and public programs these stores help fund.
The opportunity for improvement here is massive. The product selection itself is solid, but the digital experience is on existent and does not reflect the quality of products in store.

No Store Found
I even tried to use the same zip listed in the screen grabs with no luck. Useless.
Doesn’t work
Thought I’d give this app a try. Placed an order, it sat in “pending” status for 4 hours, then was rejected with no explanation. Waste of time. I won’t be trying again.
Are you serious?
This is the sorriest attempt at app development. Whoever made this should be embarrassed as it's completely unusable. I'm sure tons of tax dollars paid for this and it's horrible. Why not go and see how Total Wine's app works and get a clue!
No stores available
Cannot find a single store on the app (or website for that matter) to order from. Not sure what the point of the app is

It can’t find any nearby stores, rendering it useless.
Getting error message
Getting “server error” message that prevents me from even setting up an account. Not impressed.
Diamond in the rough
This app has potential to be extremely useful, currently limited on area but looking forward to see what can become. Easy to use, good layout, and shows promise. Will update rating as this app evolves.

Like anything else managed by the government, this app blows. Clunky, buggy, and somehow feels outdated. Don’t waste the space on your phone or tablet with this app
