Recurrently removes Face ID login
The app is not bad, but the software keeps removing the Face ID option. It’s just annoying that it does that.

App has recently forced me to log in every time I use it, regardless of the fact that I’ve set up Face ID — annoying.

Finger print doesn’t work, will still make you put in password after reading finger.
Consistently locking out (saved passwords so putting in a wrong password is Not the issue)
Setting up reoccurring payments is DEFAULTED to 1day, so if you forget to switch to monthly, it will make payments daily till your account is empty. Why is there even a 1day option? Who makes a daily payment schedule??? And monthly should be the default!

Terrible bank
This bank has the worst hours I ever seen, good luck if you need in person banking and you work a normal 9-5. The app is equally awful. The app makes you set a new password practically every month as well as login ID. Couldn’t recommend a different bank more!
