ABEL

NEW • A new Home — one card for each part of Abel, your Care Team, and a page about your health counsellor. • Quick Actions — press and hold the Abel icon to log a meal, open today's workout or message your counsellor. • Interval timer — run timed sets with sound cues, and follow the timer on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. • Change a finished workout — from the recap, unmark a set, log a set you missed, or mark the workout as incomplete. • Copy a session to several days at once, and preview a shared template before you add it. IMPROVED • Abel keeps you signed in when you open it offline, and workout ticks you make offline are kept even if the app closes. • Abel asks before you leave a screen or sheet with unsaved changes. • Workouts — speed in km/h or mph, "New fastest time!" for timed records, and a count-up timer for open time sets. • Calls that start without ringing now show in the iPhone call screen. • Chat previews in Inbox and on Home update live. • Large text no longer cuts off buttons, set rows or superset letters. FIXED • Weight in lb is now converted exactly. • The Workouts week header no longer shows the wrong week. • Accessibility improvements for VoiceOver and Voice Control.
