What is with the fake notifications the app sends?

I’ve been trying for two days to get on the app and it keeps telling me there is an error
App isn’t functional
Trying to use the app to get my first deal and it doesn’t appear to be functional or laid out for mobile so I actually can’t get the deal this way - what is the purpose of having a mobile app?There’s only basic discounts I’ve seen so far, I don’t see much that is useful or nearby. Many of the vendors are niche and provide the same discounts through other available avenues. Not really a perk of employment if no actual value.

Lame App
I have to potentially wait 24 hours for my movie tickets? So much for being spontaneous. Also, 10 percent discount is not worth the hassle of using this Abenity App! How about buy one get one free? Or free popcorn and drink with purchase.

As a new HCA employee I was excited to learn about this app and its perks. However, I tried accessing a discount online, it didn’t work. So I downloaded the app and it still isn’t working.

Was. Ever able to open it had trouble Getty open so I just gave up on it I was exited to use the perks but obviously I couldn’t get it open so I just gave up on it 😠

Not at all user friendly
No help
I’ve made two phone calls today. They both kept rushing me off the phone. Neither call helped me find what I was looking for. To be transferred to a department that wasn’t correct and couldn’t help me either. No matter how nice and polite and patient I was, no one would help me. Some changes need to be made.

Have this through work. Same or lesser grade deals than those available through Costco, Capital One, AAA, TripAdvisor, and just Googling for discounts.
