Best thing I’ve done in a long time!
This is not a gym like others I’ve belonged to. It’s a community of wonderful women led by brilliant coaches who want the best for us. Training sessions are varied, my personal favourite is Boxfit, so it never gets boring. At 45 minutes per session it’s so easy to fit into your day, or do more than 1 class! I joined for 6 weeks back in July 2024 & stayed. I am now stronger and toned in a way I’ve never been before which isn’t bad as I fast approach my 60s!

Great instructors, brilliant classes it can be as hard as you want to make it. Everyone is friendly and encouraging. Above all we have a good laugh.
