My senior resident showed me this app and it worked great for him. naturally, I download it soon after. has yet to work once for me. The home screen comes on and I'm not able to hit buttons or change values. Hopefully this just needs to be updated for iOS8.

This app walks you through ABG interpretation and provides differential diagnosis. It can handle simple as well as more complex situations.

Excellent app
As a practicing RN working towards my Nurse Practitioner certification I find this app extremely useful. Working outside of a hospital over the last few years I found I was a little rusty on my ABG skills. This app is an excellent tool to supplement critical thinking skills.

Simple, Effective, Awesome!
There are so many different methods to interpret ABGs it can seem overwhelming when you are first learning. This app teaches a very simple yet effective method for working through the analysis. It will allow you to diagnose even the most complicated triple acid base disorders quickly. The best part is that it explains each step along the way so you can really learn to do the analysis on your own without help from the app. Very well done, highly recommend!
