Can’t login
It was useful to login. Since I am updated my iOS iPhone. This App 401K has been trouble to login. It needs to update app as soon as possible.
Disgracefully Bad.
This entire company is a sham to me. It’s really too bad my employer uses them for 401k’s. I’ll be calling Monday (when you can finally speak to a human) to ask how I can keep as much of my money out of their hands as possible.
I’ve been trying to log in for the past two days and it simply won’t let me. When you sign up for an account, it has you complete a questionnaire about your investing strategy. What it doesn’t tell you outright is that this is going to dictate how they invest your money, and it is only when you go into the backend of the app that you can modify any of those details.
Unfortunately, I can’t even do that because the website will NOT let me log in even after resetting my password. So, my money is going to continue being invested in places that I don’t agree to simply because of their shoddy app and business model. It’s despicable. Keep your money far away from companies like this, and definitely don’t waste your time downloading the useless app.

App is terrible
Your app is terrible and seems like I have to keep changing my name and password even on the website to get in. Complete trash can’t even look at what’s going on with my money.
