Useless app
Most Horrible Banking Service ever. They just don’t bother informing you about their new policy regarding minimum account balance maintainance and just deduct money for non maintainance of minimum balance. Hopeless and useless bank ever.
Unable to open the app
Whenever trying to open the app, it showing session is expired, and app crashes
Worst service
The bank provides worst service. If you go to bank for any details update they will make you sit for 1 hour plus & when it comes to give any details they will not even provide it properly. You need to do follow up on each thing. The staff in Andheri Branch thinks they own the bank. Also, the service which they provide is very bad. I’m paying SMS charges but I don’t get any update for on SMS. I don’t for what they are charging.

Cannot view FD; bug
I’m whenever I click on view FD it just shows no FD, meanwhile I do have FDs on my account.
