More bugs than features
Horrible experience. Unable to get it working most of the time. Ended up changing my bank due to the issues with this app.
Worst app til the date
I have been using karnataka bank since i was 18 its been years now still the app is same the application is still in 90's no changes , every time when try to transfer money it asks me to set a new mpin which doesnt accpt any type of combination im fed of it .. what the hell are developers doing why couldnt they fix up this issue keep additonal login type like face lock or finger print like other banks fianlly after long time im saying
Being an nri im fed up i have transfered al my money to other bank coz i dont have time to set up mpin everytime when i open im gna close the bank accnt already moved to axis bankk very super easyyy n its really smooth

1 bad feature
It would have been 5 star if not for an extremely bad feature. When I do a NEFT/IMPS transaction and come back to check the transaction details, I cannot see the beneficiary name. It’s just a transaction ref number that is visible. This is completely useless. How do I verify to whom the amount is transferred if I don’t see the beneficiary details in transaction record?

Useless new version of App
Doesn’t work in Iphone. You need to test the app before releasing.
Excellent User Interface
This is what you call user interface. Excellent summarisation and view. Simply loved it. Much better than many other mobile Apps of other banks.
