Lazy approach to security problems

The latest update refuses to work for iOS app developers. Do the developers of Yono app do not know Developer option is to be enabled on users’ device if iPhone is used for app development with Xcode? Updated Yono cannot run on my device for this reason. It’s lazy approach to security. Developers want to change user behaviour rather than making app secure with good practices. Does the bank expect users to change their work if they want to use Yono? I would rather stop using Yono and close my account than change my work. Uninstalled. Account closure is next step! Let SBI be happy.

Why can’t you provide Payment acknowledgement?

After making a payment, there is no option to generate a payment acknowledgement. This feature was recently added on Yono SBI retail app. Unable to take screenshots as the app doesn’t allow screenshots. Also the post payment screen does not show the UTR number. Only some internet banking reference number which has no relevance for the other party.

Honest Review!

Worst app for your business.
Payment sticks frequently.
You cannot use your UPI on any other app other than this app.
If you want to extremely harm your business due to delayed payment or any other payment related issue, then this is the app for you.
Your market value will surely go down because you won’t be able to fulfil your payment commitments on time because of this app. You will keep re login on this app but never be able to do the payments.

Successfull payment transaction sharing option

Hello, Once we complete the payment transfer, we want to share it with someone as a proof of payment(like we do this in other UPI apps Phonepe, GooglePay etc). Earlier I used to take screenshot of account summary and crop the specific transaction and sending it on whatsapp to notify the beneficiary. Since screenshot is disabled in this update, kindly add an option to share the successfull payment transaction via whatsapp or saving it to our camera roll. Thank you.
