Such an idiot who developed this app. Do you atleast use this app for your own account? Don’t just develop 3rd class products and leave for consumers to bang their heads on it. My account was locked for a day due to invalid password, and when I enter the right one the next day, the message on this app says “ your account have been locked for the day due to many attempts”. This won’t let me register again as well. How do you expect customers to login in this case, even with right password? Did you use common sense at all while developing this?

Pathetic app
It is a shame for the nation that prides itself on Digital evolution to have a bank like SBI with a broken netbanking or app. I wish we will bankrupt SBI and throw their IT infrastructure in garbage, along with the morons who developed Yono site and secure otp app.
Update
Every time when i opens the app it mentions to download a new app as this app is going to discontinue. But couldn’t find the new app in the app store. Honestly why SBI have to go with new apps all the time since they can fix or update the current app. Especially as an NRI customer these kind of changes are a big headache as we have to get OTP for all the updates and OTP for international numbers are not prompt. India is fast growing but at the same time our banks are putting more security features to make the life of a customer difficult. Strengthen Security features are good but it have to be done at the bank end not at the customer end.
