Worst banking app
No option to reset password there. Be logical if someone forgot password and selected otp option as Secure otp in this app also asking to log in with password no option for reset password option in this app. Now In online sbi when I am trying to reset password then portal asking to give secure otp and I am unable to login here as I forgot password . SBI will never give you service as handy like other banks You have to reset password through branch only . Always famous for worst type of service.

App malfunctioning
Even without entering pin once, error message of 3 attempts failed and error message app is locked for the day keeps popping up. Unable to login to the internet banking services.

Such an idiot who developed this app. Do you atleast use this app for your own account? Don’t just develop 3rd class products and leave for consumers to bang their heads on it. My account was locked for a day due to invalid password, and when I enter the right one the next day, the message on this app says “ your account have been locked for the day due to many attempts”. This won’t let me register again as well. How do you expect customers to login in this case, even with right password? Did you use common sense at all while developing this?

Absolutely horrible
The application is built as a kindergarten coding project. Absolutely horrible experience since you don't know when it will breakdown. I'm moving to HDFC Bank
Pathetic app
It is a shame for the nation that prides itself on Digital evolution to have a bank like SBI with a broken netbanking or app. I wish we will bankrupt SBI and throw their IT infrastructure in garbage, along with the morons who developed Yono site and secure otp app.
