Biggest bank of India but pathetic app
The app has stone age like user interface with one of the worst customer experience. If I switch between other apps, this app abruptly logs me out. And then I cannot login as the log-off link was not clicked.

Improvements needed
The app is beautifully designed. There are many issues faced like for joint account holder CKYC number is being asked for virtual debit card. I have my CKYC number, but there is no way to put it and to validate it. All the app does is to ask to go to Branch, which is totally downside for a mobile banking app. A mobile banking app should be standalone app and a replacement for the Branch itself. There is a lot of scope to grow for this app and be adult. Please stop asking to go to Branch and find alternate ways to solve problems through mobile banking only. Also NEFT IMPS etc charges are not displayed we see blank pages.
