Just too basic
I only use this app because I trade a lot and paying AMC on zerodha comes out to be lower overall per year than paying per trade on groww. But god, this app is so frustrating. The UI is not user friendly at all, and everything leads to a redirect to browser. Basic information isn’t displayed in orderly fashion, and basic features like history of cancelled orders are missing. If you have been using groww, using zerodha is like downgrading from an Audi to a kia. The QoL and the whole ecosystem is just worlds apart. The day groww implements an AmC option for frequent traders is the day I will dump zerodha. Even now I only use zerodha to book the trade, all the actual R&D is done on groww before hand and all my MF are on groww too. This company is so pretentious with all its “honest” marketing, maybe they need the same energy to actually listen to their customers and implement features instead of pandering to people on social media on pseudo morality.

Cannot handle volumes
This is one of the most frustrating apps I’ve used. The system shows an error saying “your order could not be placed” even though the order actually goes through. This can easily lead to duplicate orders or complete confusion.
To make things worse, customer support is no help. Instead of acknowledging a clear technical issue, they repeatedly ask for screenshots — as if users are expected to document every second of using the app just in case it breaks. The problem is on their end, yet the burden is pushed onto customers.
An app that handles orders should at the very least be reliable and transparent. This one fails at the most basic functionality. Extremely disappointing experience. Needs serious technical fixes and much better support.

Basic features missing
Never saw such a app where basic features are missing where it doesn’t show how much %age change in stock today bring how much amount profit and loss for that day. Always show total percentage loss. Its crazy.. lots of improvement needed..

Hi, the day’s percentage change is already shown on the Holdings page, next to the LTP. To see the absolute P&L change for the day, tap on the stock name.
Bug in your current version for apple app
After adding ichimoku indicator in chart if we pintch the chart with fingers indicator stay as same placed while candle chart you can move any direction in daily monthly cahrt!

Worst app glitches when the market is volatile time frame can’t change.
Latest 04/12/25 2:50PM IST worst glitches in mobile app you can’t change time frames and can’t exit position. Sensex is extremely volatile from 85110 to 85300 the app stops responding. You can’t do anything.
