Very worse Experience to Open Account

I am opening Demat account with zerodha. I questioned for Bank verification. I got email that i need to give Bank statement to verify Bank Detail. And at below in email there is button called “Fix Issues here” i click on that so i got OTP which i verified and then it show me Application form i Ok it and then it asking me to put adhar number and verify i have done it and getting notification that they will review my application and get back yo me. Then again same process happening. Then in 24 hr they again email me the issue with Bank details verification and “Fix Issues here” and then same thing happening. There no option to upload Bank statement then why they giving me button like fix here . And I don’t know what i do there is no proper guidance for their query. It’s worse thing like they just query if you got resolve then they just asking adhar verification and then done. No proper system to resolve their own query.

Serious order execution

Extremely disappointing experience with this broker. I have lost thousands of rupees due to what appears to be an issue with order execution.
Orders are getting executed even though the price shown on the chart and the market depth does not appear to have reached my placed order price. This is extremely concerning, especially when trading involves real money and even a small difference in execution can result in significant losses.
I have personally suffered thousands of rupees in losses because of these executions. When the chart and market depth show that the specified price was not reached, an order should not be executed at that price without a clear and verifiable explanation.
A trading platform must provide accurate, transparent, and reliable order execution. Traders cannot be expected to trust a broker when their orders appear to be executed at prices that are not reflected in the displayed market data.
I strongly recommend that the broker investigate these executions, provide complete order/exchange execution details, and explain why the orders were triggered despite the displayed price not reaching the specified level.

Hi, this is not an issue. The price of your order might sometimes not show on the charts due to the unavailability of tick-by-tick data. You can also verify order details on the exchange website. We've explained how to here: https://support.zerodha.com/category/trading-and-markets/kite-web-and-mobile/holdings/articles/the-price-on-charts-and-depth-of-market-never-hit-the-price-at-which-i-placed-my-order-but-my-order

Best app among all

O complaint and fully satisfied using since 2019

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback, Harshal :)

Just too basic

I only use this app because I trade a lot and paying AMC on zerodha comes out to be lower overall per year than paying per trade on groww. But god, this app is so frustrating. The UI is not user friendly at all, and everything leads to a redirect to browser. Basic information isn’t displayed in orderly fashion, and basic features like history of cancelled orders are missing. If you have been using groww, using zerodha is like downgrading from an Audi to a kia. The QoL and the whole ecosystem is just worlds apart. The day groww implements an AmC option for frequent traders is the day I will dump zerodha. Even now I only use zerodha to book the trade, all the actual R&D is done on groww before hand and all my MF are on groww too. This company is so pretentious with all its “honest” marketing, maybe they need the same energy to actually listen to their customers and implement features instead of pandering to people on social media on pseudo morality.
