The best in the industry, good job Webull. We just need you to add proper automation and script like ninja trader and trade station.
Stay away
Customer service is all ai trash. They give the same canned responses based on key words and donβt actually help you with anything. Take your money somewhere more professional.
Terrible Customer Service
Consistently have issues filling orders. Customer service takes over a week to respond. Better brokers available.
Terrible mobile app for options
I lost money just because execution and intuitive UX put order and didnβt execute the price then cancelling and re order so bad, Iβm entirely deleting the app and platform, Iβm over it
Great experience
Started a few weeks ago. They gave me $20 of nvidia stock free after investing. I like the app.
Only fixes needed were said in another review by Zevdevv, I shouldnβt have to select every new order to include extended hours and alerts should also default to once per minute not once per day.
Good experience other than that and Iβm enjoying it so far.
