I had Webull since 2021. Over the years they had been slowly making the UI more complex and overly redundant. I put money in cause I was thinking on investing but since I joined they signed me out countless times. They keep saying my email and phone number isn’t verify but I did it multiple times. When I tried to pull money out of an option trade they made me do the whole 2FA again even though I’m already signed in.
Now that I’m leaving this account they want to charge a %1.75 fee for what. I put $1,000 in and haven’t even put it in the market but they want to take $30 out?

Get rid of the fake bot farms(millions of fake bots) & hire some customer support
Webulls customer support is non existent. They DO NOT reply to you, ignore your inquiries & then delete your entire message history with them. Call them on the phone- get put on a waiting list, only to be called back & told theres nothing they can do. Site wide bot activity. The app is overran with millions of fake bots posting racist, sexist, homophobic garbage, suggesting suicide, posting fake pnls, links to unsecured paid scams, in fact that’s all there is. Blatantly obvious bots. Webull tells you the accounts are real, but to report them (because they somehow cannot moderate their own platform). You report them-nothing happens. Contact webull, they don’t respond. Webull doesnt gaf about customers. Stay away

Great for learning
This is absolutely the best app for trading if you’re new to investing or the stock market in general. Obviously once you get more experience or you’re playing with larger amounts of funds, you should just open a true brokerage account, or use a platform like interactive, brokers or flextrade. Weibel is probably the best app for getting to know what you’re looking at and it’s got a pretty smooth user interface.

RS and ticker change stocks cannot be traded early that causes to much money loss and no overnight trading is very bad. Shame

Option Chain broken on iPhone 17
Option Chain is completely broken on the base iPhone 17. Columns are cut off, and data is unreadable. Reported in January 2026. Last support ticket May 21 (4 months ago). Today (July 18) marks 6.5 months with no fix. They acknowledged the issue but said, "No ETA due to resource limitations." On iPhone 11, iPhone 13 Pro Max, and S24+, everything displays correctly with no cutoff.

Too many updates
I feel your tech support is tweaking too much, just for the sake of change. For example the alert section is totally changed for the worst. When setting up a price alert the page doesn’t show the current price. Why? Where’s the price other than back clicking to check price. Please don’t ruin the app with all these tweaks

Everything was fine and then
Everything was fine with all my trades and then every once in a while, something suspicious happens and i can’t get out of a position or I can’t get in. Doesn’t happen often but it happens at specific points on specific situations to give me reason to maintain accounts with other companies.
