Terrible user support
Terrible user support. Used Webull for the sign on bonus and getting money fine is easy (of course). Linked a checking acct and all was good. Withdrawing was a nightmare. Terrible support line, multiple denied transfer requests. I believe they must have low liquidity and are doing all they can to hold onto your money. AVOID.

Stop expiring my trading password!
If I could remove the trading password I would, it is SOO ANNOYING. I have missed so many trades because of having to fumble through 10 steps to get to the order screen. Turned the phone off? Expired. Switched apps to read some news or TradingView chart? Expired. Update the app? Timeout reset back from 8hrs to 4hrs. They don’t even want you having the screen up for a full trading day.
Besides that, the “real time” quotes are delayed half a second or more; combined with the app lag and internet routing, this frequently results in strange fills for market orders. But it’s often suspiciously worse than just a delayed execution—it seems dealers are the real winners here.

Para mí la aplicación es buena hago futuros con ella y es buena aunque muchas veces cuando pones una orden para que te cierren el take profit la veo un poquito atrasada a la hora de cerrar la operación y hay muchas ocasiones en que tu precio llega y tu orden no sierran porque no te toman la orden tuya aunque la ayas tenido pendiente por mucho tiempo en eso la veo muy floja

The best in the industry, good job Webull. We just need you to add proper automation and script like ninja trader and trade station.
Stay away
Customer service is all ai trash. They give the same canned responses based on key words and don’t actually help you with anything. Take your money somewhere more professional.

Consistently have issues filling orders. Customer service takes over a week to respond. Better brokers available.
Terrible mobile app for options
I lost money just because execution and intuitive UX put order and didn’t execute the price then cancelling and re order so bad, I’m entirely deleting the app and platform, I’m over it
Great experience
Started a few weeks ago. They gave me $20 of nvidia stock free after investing. I like the app.
Only fixes needed were said in another review by Zevdevv, I shouldn’t have to select every new order to include extended hours and alerts should also default to once per minute not once per day.
Good experience other than that and I’m enjoying it so far.

Not easy to used App
Should make easy to buy and sell options like Robinhood.So many steps to buy and sell. Not easy to typing to search SPX, if you want more trader please fix, otherwise I like it.

Do not use. Their customer service is non existent. I got an email notification of inactivity and it said to just log in and everything would be ok. Restrictions to the account are still there. Been reaching out since the 21st. Said it would take two business days to resolve. It’s been 10. If you deposit money here consider it lost.

The reason this trading app is trash is by design. It helps Wallstreet steal retail traders money.
iPad version handicapped
Massive limitations like no paper trading on iPad app. iPad is the better device yet they put zero effort into it.
