I would put a ton more money into this account if I could send and receive to other wallets. Once I realized that it wasn’t an option, I discontinued even using this account until I can send and receive my assets

I lost my money a few weeks ago in a bitcoin investment. I lost over $73,000. They denied my withdrawal request and also left it pending.
