I was excited to download app for viewing my passbook. Every time I tried to login it crashed.

Showing format is incorrect even if the phone number is typed correctly.
Good but can improve
Overall good experience. But the App has lot of room to improve:
1. I have multiple accounts with KBL both family and business. It is very handy that I’m able to access all the account information in a single log in.
But instead of just account number you should display the account name. This will make it even more user friendly.
2. Why multiple Apps from the same bank. Why don’t you have single App for all the functions?
