still does not works even after years

What are the dev team doing. While login, i was asked to enter otp which never came. i was planning to update address using aadhar, aadhar otp came within seconds, otp to registered phone never came, this is very basic. last year i was able to download the estatement for financial year, now all i can see is notification saying its downloaded not sure where? click on it nothing happens. You guys are breaking app rather than making any better. Broken app similar to all other.
