Good but can improve

Overall good experience. But the App has lot of room to improve:

1. I have multiple accounts with KBL both family and business. It is very handy that I’m able to access all the account information in a single log in.

But instead of just account number you should display the account name. This will make it even more user friendly.

2. Why multiple Apps from the same bank. Why don’t you have single App for all the functions?

App gets crash now and then

Every couple of days , app crashes when I try to enter pin and again I have to reset it up.. this is still persists .. not sure what the support team doing on this..

Good work !!!

Its a nice app to know your a/c balance on the go.

Can you enhance it further to see balances for multiple a/c with karnataka bank.

My entire family banks with your bank. It becomes difficult to check balances on individual phone.
