I have been a loyal customer with this bank for over 8 years, but their recent customer service and administrative handling have been utterly pathetic.
I have been trying to update my KYC for the last 5 months. After the online KYC failed, I physically submitted written applications alongside all requested documents. For two months, bank staff stalled, repeatedly reassuring me that everything was "in process" and promising call-backs that never happened. Now, they suddenly claim I never submitted my documents at all.
To make matters worse, I raised a formal complaint regarding this issue. The bank marked the complaint as "resolved" without ever contacting me, sending an SMS, or providing an actual resolution. I have called customer care three separate times, only to be repeatedly brushed off and told to "visit the branch" again.
Holding customer funds hostage through gross miscommunication, lost paperwork, and fake complaint resolutions is completely unacceptable. Avoid opening an account here if you expect competent customer support.
