Non-functional

This app is not functioning anymore. Everyone needs to shift to mBandhan 2.0. When it was functioning, it bad lots of bugs, which were very annoying.

I ordered debit card, once the order was placed but could see in the app, and i ordered again, but both the cards are not yet delivered from december till today and they have charged me the fees.

Bandhan bank scam

Last month I have been charged for 1000 rs plus gst for non maintenance balance. So immediately I visited bank branch to downgrade my account i did all paperwork’s which was needed on march after 20 days they did not downgraded and again i have been charged 1000 rs plus gst for non-maintenance. This was not my fault
I am going to close my account due to very poor service and miss leading inform to customers and will also file complain on consumer forum

Worst bank in India

Third class app and website. They deduct money for non maintenance of MAB despite me having 2L FD with them. Half the time UPI or Money transfer fails. I don’t recommend this bank or their services
