The Muthoot Finance app has a very poor payment service. Earlier, the payment process was simple and easy, but now I am facing a lot of problems.
I have been trying to make a payment for a long time, but the debit card option keeps showing a “Technical Error.” Net banking is also not working properly.
It is very frustrating and disappointing. The payment process should be easy, but this app is making it unnecessarily difficult.

Unable to open app and web url also not working
Am in us and unable to pay on portal and on app.informing the muthoot team on branch is also useless

Gold loan due emi no record from 3months
My payment due date was 11 August, and I have the money ready to make the payment. Unfortunately, there is no payment link, no loan record in the app, and no way to pay online. The contact numbers printed on the loan slip are often unreachable, and your customer care helpline keeps ringing without anyone answering.
To make matters worse, GoodScore is showing my loan as “Paid”, even though it has not been repaid. This incorrect information may negatively affect my CIBIL score and credit history, even though the problem is entirely due to Muthoot Finance’s system and customer support.
This is completely unacceptable from one of India’s largest gold loan companies. Customers should not have to struggle just to access their own loan information or make repayments on time.
I request Muthoot Finance to immediately update my account

I’m convinced the Imuthoot app is running on pure vibes instead of QA. 💀
The app crashes every other day. At this point, I’m spending more time reopening the app than actually using it.
And the best part? You can’t even take screenshots to report the bugs. Peak “trust me bro” security. Even banking apps let users capture issues for support.
Now it’s showing “Unsecured Wi-Fi” while I’m connected to my own home Wi-Fi. Fine, maybe it’s being extra cautious. But then it shows the same warning on mobile data too. So apparently every network on Earth is insecure except the app’s imagination.
Please focus on fixing the basics before adding more security pop-ups. An app that crashes repeatedly but keeps throwing random security warnings feels like locking the front door while the roof is on fire.
At this point, I’m genuinely curious what kind of release process the tech team is following, because every update seems to unlock a brand-new achievement in bug discovery. 💀
