Non-functional
This app is not functioning anymore. Everyone needs to shift to mBandhan 2.0. When it was functioning, it bad lots of bugs, which were very annoying.

I ordered debit card, once the order was placed but could see in the app, and i ordered again, but both the cards are not yet delivered from december till today and they have charged me the fees.

Last month I have been charged for 1000 rs plus gst for non maintenance balance. So immediately I visited bank branch to downgrade my account i did all paperworkâs which was needed on march after 20 days they did not downgraded and again i have been charged 1000 rs plus gst for non-maintenance. This was not my fault
I am going to close my account due to very poor service and miss leading inform to customers and will also file complain on consumer forum

Poor Management
Website down. Trying from last three days at different time of the day. Poor technical management.
Worst bank in India
Third class app and website. They deduct money for non maintenance of MAB despite me having 2L FD with them. Half the time UPI or Money transfer fails. I donât recommend this bank or their services
Terrible App and am switching my bank
The Ui and ux was anyway terrible now the app doesnât even open properly in iPhone! Been 26 hrs still app not opening! Switching my account immediately
App keeps hanging, very unreliable
The mBandhan app is extremely unstable. Whenever I try to transfer money, the app hangs and the transaction doesnât go through. This issue has been happening for two days and has caused a lot of inconvenience, especially when I needed to make an urgent payment. Please fix the performance and reliability issues as soon as possible. A banking app should be smooth and dependable.

Horrible app
Half the time doesnât work. Logs you out in less then a minute especially when you are doing a transfer, half the time doesnât let you transfer. Designed by some seriously incompetent people.
Ongoing Issues Ignored
I'm really disappointed with this bank app. I reported a serious issue over a month ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, it's still not fixed. Each time, I get the same generic response, but no actual resolution.
As a customer, it's frustrating to see that even after identifying the problem and giving them time to fix it, nothing has changed. This raises concerns about how seriously they take app performance and user feedback.
Suggestion: It will be helpful if we can share screenshot or something if some transaction is done. And able to share account details.

Not opening over wifi
When i was connected with my wifi router, then bandhan bank app not work.
Not any reason submitted any where. When i ask to customer care then thay say they donât know about it. Very poor services from bandhan bank app.

Even after giving all permission, app shows white screen and after that nothing happens. It was better and working without this update. Pathetic company whosoever has developed it.
