Abilene Teachers Federal Credit Union provides hospitality like no other. Customer service is par to none. Chik fil a is in competition. ATFCU is very flexible and lives up to their reputation, very trustworthy and very reliable when it comes to helping new members.

Update glitches
Worked great prior to update. It now freezes every time I open the app. I can do one function and then have to close and reopen it. It’s pretty frustrating now actually. Worked great before they changed it!

The app itself
This app is so genuinely terrible. Once a week I have to delete and redownload it to be able to even open it. They keep changing the display instead of focusing on the fact that the app is just unusable.
No Real Time Transactions Anymore
I’ve used this app for years and suddenly it’s reverted back 10 years. When you make a purchase with debit, or a scheduled bill is paid, it now takes 2 days for it to show on your account on the app or online. It used to show immediately (and send a text immediately) making it easy to monitor activity on your account in real time. Not only do transactions not post for 48 hours, but the funds are not withdrawn until the transaction posts, so your balance does not reflect your transactions in real time. The info on the transactions has also become vague. Pretty much a useless app to me now. Opening online banking in a browser rather than the app is no better. I’ll likely find a bank with online banking that shows my activity in real time and move my accounts.

Great app
ATFCU makes this app very easy to navigate and use. Don’t have many other banking apps to compare to, but living outside of Abilene, this one works so well I don’t feel the need to bank somewhere else.

Just wanted to say I love your app on the phone. Especially every time I use my debit card. Usually before I leave the register. I get an alert I have spent so much and were. It affirm ‘s my trust with the Teachers Federal Credit Union.
Widget No Longer Available
really wish you would bring back the widget where I can check my balance without having to open the app every single time.

Long time account!!
I have had this account since I was in the 7th grade!! My parents opened it for me years ago! I'm now 56 years old! I have financed so many things through them because the interest rates are lower than the banks! They are always so helpful to me! Special shout out to SHELBY!! You're the best!!!thanks ATFCU!!

This app is so easy to use and helpful when ai need to check an account. The utilize bill pay which is extremly helpful when paying credit cards and other venues. I can add money from my line of credit and move money around without having to go anywhere! I love this app!

This bank is helpful and friendly. They are not a expensive bank, Nickle n dime you to death. It’s only 25.00 to open a checking acct. and same for savings
