Frequent crashes. Told to delete and reinstall. Which I have to do with nearly each use. Told by support, “not designed for iPhone, use your desktop.”
Not bad
So nice to have everything at my fingertips when I’m on the go. Just wish all the LKA questions (particularly media in them) were compatible with the app. It’s a little clunky getting to the questions too.

Very buggy. Rarely works and the feature set is limited when it does.

Sometimes it works — other times it shows “failure” and you have to keep re-logging in !!! It’s 2024 —it cannot be that difficult to program a fix for the app !!!
Useless App and no Support
Signed up for LKA and hoping to use this app to answer questions during down time. The App Crashes and shows “Failure” all the time even after multiple delete and reinstall. Poor customer service when you call in. If you want physicians to support ABIM and become members please extend us the courtesy not to waste more

I can’t access the questions
I’m stuck in an endless loop of logging in, clicking on my assessments, then being asked to log in again. I’ve deleted and reinstalled this app several times. It’s so useless.
Terrible app
I can hardly ever get it to work properly. It continues to show “Token request failed”. This app has always been very glitchy and often difficult to get to the actual LKA questions.
Not working
I can log in on the web just fine, but the app consistently states “wrong credentials”
Frustrating
I was notified that there is an updated version of the app, but the attempt to update wasn’t successful. I deleted then added the app, and now my credentials no longer work. Even before deleting the old app, I couldn’t access my longitudinal knowledge assessment on my iPhone. You can do better, ABIM. The ABP app works great!

What exactly do we pay you for, ABIM? You give us nothing tangible, and bleed us on your taxes. You can’t even maintain the security of our personal information or make a functional web app. Pathetic.
Useless
This app is useless. It has been unable to access my data every time I’ve tried to use it. My credentials are correct as I am able to use the web version, but cannot access any of my LKA or other info on the app. Unless this is remedied, there is no reason to download this app at all.
Worst App on the Apple store
For the amount of money ABIM charges, I expected a much better app. Not intuitive to use and it doesn’t work most of the times I have some downtime and want to answer a few LKA questions. I have to log on to the computer to complete my assessments
Unreliable
This app hardly ever works. LKA token continuously fails. This is essential for our certifications, get your stuff together guys

I have not been able to access the LKA. It says token failed. I deleted and reinstalled the app without success.

Can’t access MOC questions
After logging into the app, there’s another redundant log in for the LKA dashboard to answer MOC questions. This second log in reports an error message “TOKEN REQUEST FAIL”

After mult failed tries, finally got to the LKA dashboard only for app to sign me out when I tried to open a q. Seems not worth it if it’s going to freeze in the middle of a q.
Glitchy
Very Glitchy App. LKA dashboard does not show up half the time and when it does 50% of the time it shuts off when you are trying to get to the questions. When it works it is fine. Past 3 days I have not been able to get on it on several tries.
