Designed and developed a full-featured corporate Learning Management System for employee training and skill development, delivered iOS platforms. The LMS supports online and offline learning with an offline-first architecture, enabling uninterrupted access in low-connectivity environments. Key features include a centralized learning hub, structured courses for communication and technical training, training calendar, progress tracking, notifications, and analytics. Integrated gamification elements such as Spin-the-Wheel to improve engagement and motivation.
