Worst app to download ever
If I could give this app 0 stars I would. It cost $19 PER WEEK. Which is absolutely INSANE. This app does nothing for you expect charge you an insane bill. BUT the worst part is that you won’t even notice that the app is charging you until it’s been about a month in, WHICH IS $80! THIS APP IS A SCAM!!!! I downloaded it to see what it’s about and you have to send in a donation for the first week, which I did. After that I decided that the app wasn’t for me, so I deleted it. Then, WITHOUT MY CONSENT, this app charged me $19 PER WEEK for about two months. Then, I canceled my subscription in December 2022. And bam, today, in February 2023, it charged me again. This charge was again without my consent and AFTER I canceled my subscription. PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT AND YOU WILL HAVE THE WORST AND MOST FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!

Not worth it.
I download this app for my son. They promise with the premium plan to email the meal plan on 30 minutes. Never got it. When we would try to type in food in the calorie tracker it would say “ oops we can’t sauce that have you tried using a different option”. It does produce the item if you scan the barcode. It for things like egg, or bananas, chicken etc. they give you nothing. It did email about the issue and got automated responses each time. If nothing happens to fix these issues in the next 48 hours I’m canceling.

This app and company is a total scam!!! Do not download this app! You can find a way better use through a different app. This company has been charging me $19 SINCE THE END OF JUNE. I started the trail back in June and tried canceling my subscription multiple times in order to avoid the charges. I assumed I had succeeded and went away and deleted the app off my phone, confident that my subscription and account was canceled, I was very wrong. I kept seeing this $19 charge on my account and thought that it was something to do with my Apple account because the charge on my bank statements just stated app. And the address. After looking through my apps and my subscriptions I realized that this was not a charge I had authorized. I’ve been trying to get in contact with their costume support to get a refund but I’ve heard nothing so far. I’ll update if I hear anything.

Awful Experience and Terrible Customer Service
This app is not based in the US so all the coaches don’t get back to you in a timely manner and by the time you get a reply, days have passed and it’s irrelevant. After a month of back and forth and basically just being told “get more rest and drink more water” I cancelled my subscription. The real kicker is I’ve still been charged every month since. You have to download “WhatsApp” to get ahold of customer service and again wait until they’re online, which is almost a 13hr difference. I asked for my money back and was credited for 2 months. TWO. I asked why I was unable to receive my money for the months I was charged after canceling my subscription and was told, “Possibly its because we are getting all of our records transmit to a different database that's why it happened and we sincerely apologize for that”….what does that even mean?? Still never refunded my full amount paid. Trash app/service. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Scammed me and Took my money.
I tried the trial and the app wasn’t for me, I then cancelled my subscription in the settings of my phone but it didn’t actually cancel it and I’d didn’t realize it was taking my money until later and had to figure out how to get it to stop taking my money. It took 19 dollars from me for 6 weeks which I never even agreed to and I lost a total and 114 dollars because of it. I am beyond frustrated.
